What Is Church-Centered Missions?

The lack of teaching on the primacy of the local church is a disturbing trend. It seems that not only in US churches, but in missions also, the primacy of the local church needs to be taught and embraced. God gave the local church (the one with pastors, deacons, etc.) as the "pillar and ground of the truth."
