I had a pastor about 20 years back who noted that one of the big pitfalls of funda-gelical theology is our tendency to jump to practical theology without working through basic exegesis, context, OT/NT theology, and systematics first. This article is IMO a "Cliffs Notes" version of that sort of thing.

Aspiring to be a stick in the mud.
