A short update on my journey through Bostock v. Clayton County, and how to define terms.

Some quick thoughts about the Bostock v. Clayton County court decision that came out yesterday.

Prakash’s book “offers a serious plan for the restoration of something closer to the original intent of the presidency and its relationship to our other political institutions.

“The Court ruled, in an opinion written by Justice Gorsuch, that ‘sex’ does, in fact, include sexual orientation and gender identity, despite the fact that legislators repeatedly voted against including those categories in the legislation. So, what now?” - Russel Moore
