Smart phones, dumb phones, and land lines. Shiver me timbers. How proficient are you in the newer technologies? Are you good with power point, do you own a notebook or ipad or smart phone (or equivalent)?
Not al all would mean you have a land line, and are not even online with the internet.
Not very much would mean you own a basic cell phone and are cozy or somewhat cozy surfing the internet, email, etc.
So-so means you are comfortable with the immediate above and maybe a little more (like a kindle or a smart phone).

SI’s server is already patched and not vulnerable to the bug.

Comments are, of course, welcome. If you have seen demon possession serving on the mission field, etc., and are comfortable sharing about what countries/regions you have seen more of it than elsewhere, please do. For example, I have known missionaries to Haiti say it is frequent there.
What do you think about this? The general concept of leveraging technology to improve our prayer lives, the particular way that the Prayer Button App will work, and the use of crowdfunding on Indiegogo to get the funds to develop the app?

To anyone who may be interested, I’ve started a new blog that will consist mostly of popularizing my academic pursuits. Expect lots of intellectual history, church history, and book reviews. I’m still working out a lot of issues with the site, such as auto-posting to Facebook and possibly email subscription. I’m neither tech-savvy nor incompetent, so I probably will work things out, but perhaps not quickly. My old blog still exists; I just wanted to start a site with my own domain name instead of through Wordpress.
In light of the recent SI Filings post regarding the Colonial Hills Baptist Church youth video, what is your opinion about SI linking to the SFL website?
