QAnon and Followers of Jesus
“The mainstreaming of QAnon means that we see people we know and love held under a spell of misinformation. This is causing deep divisions across families, churches, communities, and political parties. We need to respond.” - MCD
[josh p]I still have yet to meet a Quanon theory follower but I’ve met some that hold some related conspiracies. 2020 has shown that Christians often live in fear as much as those that don’t know the Lord.
My brother says the same. He hangs out in some “Righter” areas of the internet, and he says he’s never met a QAnon person. Says it’s overblown.
Call me naive, but so what? Are many elites (though not the majority) wrapped up in sex traffickng and child porn? Probably. The Epstein story was not a small thing, and I don’t have much trouble believing that a great deal of evil characterizes the lives of a chunk of these people. They didn’t get where they are through virtue.
I don’t know much about this movement, and I doubt much of the Q story I’ve heard, but I do think many of the elites are despicable people, and those kinds of people are never content just drifting in yachts off Catalina or Monte Carlo.
