Wow, this is relevant for today and should be discussed from the pulpit.  Unfortuantely many ministers are also duped by the evaluation of data/news...

It is interesting that very few, if any, seem to apply this to themselves. It's always the other people who are doing this.

It is something we all need to be very vigilant about.  I think there could be a good part 2 to this article.  I view my self as much more a righ leaning centrist.  And I consume a lot of news across a variety of sources and leanings.  And it is still very hard to get to the truth (maybe you can make an argument, what is the truth), and I fall into these ditches.
