NewIt may not be CRT

Mon, 12/20/21

This is just the sort of thing that parents opposed to CRT are upset about. Although it may not technically fit the definition of CRT, it fits with the obsession with race that ends up holding back all students including minorities. Although it is beneficial to have an academic discussion to clarify what CRT is and is not, it has in practice become identified with just these sorts of things. I think there would be a lot less confusion if those promoting academic CRT would be more willing to condemn these sorts of things. Unfortunately that does not seem to be happening very often.
