As reported in our forums, Dr. Jim Schettler has resigned as pastor of the Campus Church at Pensacola Christian College.

SharperIron has acquired an audio file of Dr. Schettler’s brief resignation speech and a follow-up address from Dr. Arlin Horton.

Dear Friends,

Dr. David Jaspers has resigned as the president of Maranatha Baptist Bible College. The reasons are personal. Dr. Larry Oats, who has been a part of Maranatha since 1968, is now the interim president of the college until a successor is found.


This information has been confirmed by the office of the President.
