NewI think we will see more of

I think we will see more of these court cases being won like this. It is challenging for me, legally, on how a state can impose or compel an individual on the exact word that they need to say. It is not aligned to our Constitution or English Common Law. It has huge negative ramifications across many areas that society as a whole would deem irresponsible (i.e. giving reverance to antisemitic behavior).

I struggle with how being very respectful to an individual as well as calling them by their legal name is not wholly sufficient.
