Notice that no money is paid, no apologies were made. It appears that whatever was said in 2023 about Greenway did not prevent him from finding employment, and SWBTS took that to the bank.
The important thing here is that SWBTS at least claims to have implemented new financial controls that are bearing fruit. Hopefully that's real, as that was the biggest thing that came to my mind as I read about the departure of Mr. Greenway.
