Discussion

Adams was huge in my life in the late 80’s and most of the 90’s.

I disagreed with him about a few things from the start and the number grew some over time. But Adams’ perspective was essential as the point of departure—kind of like the lighthouse on the shore. Though I didn’t go the same places he did with mental illness, I can’t imagine navigating the topic at all without looking at that lighthouse to figure out where I was, and am, on the subject.

I appreciate his contribution to my thinking on sin and the human mind.

Views expressed are always my own and not my employer's, my church's, my family's, my neighbors', or my pets'. The house plants have authorized me to speak for them, however, and they always agree with me.

The best ever. His books have been extremely helpful to me.
