“In a recent article, Dennis Prager lists four practices that are destroying America from the inside. One of those he outlines is demonization, where an entire class or group of people is labeled as inherently evil. Heather Mac Donald’s WSJ editorial challenged this very thing.” - CPost

Tried to post this comment on the article at Christian Post, but their comment tool seems to be broken at the moment…

Solid thoughts, but we need to note how we got here. Backing Donald Trump has made demonizing conservatism (and evangelicals) orders of magnitude easier. It now takes a great deal of effort to *not* demonize us. The energy criticizing fact-free preference-preferring thought on the left is well spent but needs to be matched by energy examining our ethics and truth problem on the right. In fact, the Christian thing to do is put twice as much energy into the latter.

Views expressed are always my own and not my employer's, my church's, my family's, my neighbors', or my pets'. The house plants have authorized me to speak for them, however, and they always agree with me.
