NewInterestingly Minneapolis and St Paul downtowns are growing

Downtown Revitalization: Minneapolis

St. Paul, Minneapolis see population gains

What we see (we work in downtown Minneapolis):

  • The condo market in what is called “the Warehouse District” is hot. (An example of a brand new condo high rise is the Stonebridge (we’ve looked at this twice))
  • Plus many (I can think of 7) new high rise apartment complexes are going up. (One example in the North Loop is the Paxon)

NewWhere I would like to live - Antigo Wisconsin

Tue, 08/12/14

My wife was born in nearby Mattoon. I love this area. Really everything I need in life (except for a job) is in Antigo. Housing is super reasonable. There’s a good church there.
