"Ultimately, there is barely a hint of biblical fidelity in this film. It is an unbiblical, pagan film from its start"

A friend at my church went to see it yesterday. He said it was the biggest piece of trash he’s seen and did not recommend it.

I wouldn’t expect a faithful book-to-movie adaptation regardless of the source material. And since I also don’t expect ‘Hollywood’ to be respectful of Bible doctrine or Christianity, I exhibit no surprise or outrage as to the treatment of the story of Noah. After reading some descriptions and reviews, I actually thought it would be much more inaccurate and morally objectionable. It’s no more or less an attack on God IMO than Star Trek:The Wrath of Khan, in which McCoy says “According to myth, the earth was created in six days…”.
