His description sounds more like a “Social Media Diet” than a fast, but I agree that occasionally getting away from our excessive connectedness can be a good thing.

I’m not on facebook or twitter. My only social media, if it is still considered that, is email. Nice to know I’m lean and mean in at least one area of life.

Why is it that my voice always seems to be loudest when I am saying the dumbest things?
