Hmmm....
It seems a little counter-intuitive that someone who "transitioned" could provide due comfort to their spouses per 1 Cor. 7, but I guess if those who become impotent or are maimed somehow accidentally are still married, the same would apply to those who do this. That said, I would think that the spouse of someone who wanted to transition might say "honey, we have to talk..."
