Here is the bill; more or less, the protection against perverts going into the ladies’ locker room or restroom for immoral purposes is left to the discretion of the Massachusetts Attorney General, Maura Healey, Massachusetts’ first openly homosexual attorney general. She is, as one might have wondered, an activist in this regard and will, shall we say, probably need to be persuaded that significant protections need to be put into place.
I don’t know exactly how bad things will be, being an engineer and not a psychologist, but with over 800,000 people on Megan’s List, and many states (including my own) giving greater latitude for “transgender” people to compete on the wrong sports team and other things, I’m starting to teach my daughters what to watch out for. I am guessing the worst problems will be in locker rooms with communal changing areas and showers.
When you talk creationism, this crowd screams about how science say this that and the other thing, and any deviation from accepted science makes you a delusional moron. When it’s about gender, however, science goes out the window in favor of warm fuzzies and how people feel. Let’s just forget about any inconvenient biological facts that determine gender - instead, use the time proven method of defining gender by which way the wind is blowing. Sheesh!
This will eventually bite someone in the courtroom where gender is often factored into evidence. Remember Bruce Jenner’s car accident? When Bruce’s case came to trial, he was Caitlyn, and I remember a few in the media speculating about the defense using hsi new identity to say that they couldn’t prosecute Caitlyn because technically she didn’t do it.
It was only speculation, but I am not going to be shocked when our culture goes there for real.
