I hear ya’ Jim. I think this article is pretty accurate. I can elaborate another time, if desired. Since I’ve only pastored one church, I don’t have any way to personally evaluate the comments regarding moving around. I can only speculate from observation, and what others tell me. Got to run. Getting ready to celebrate our forty-fifth anniversary tomorrow!
