If there are almost 400,000 IVF cycles are performed in the US and about 6-7 embryos are thrown out, that could be about 2.5M deaths a year. There are about 900,000 abortions in the US.
This might be a better set of numbers. 900,000 died as a result of IVF (about 10x more die than are conceived) and about 600,000 dies as a result of abortion in 2019
