Book Review – Rainn Wilson’s Spiritual Revolution Gets Spirituality Partly Right and Jesus Mostly Wrong

“Wilson is a member of the Baha’i faith, a religion introduced in the 19th century by Baháʼu’lláh… who claimed to receive a new revelation that, roughly speaking, placed him in the genealogy of ‘Manifestations of God’ stretching back to Abraham and including Krishna, Zoroaster, Buddha, Jesus Christ, and Muhammad.” - CToday

Discussion

I listened to a few interviews with Rainn on his new book and yes he gets spirtuality partly right and Christianity wrong. But it is a good pivot around the narrative of the new atheists.

I clicked one article based on the title, then saw that he is Baha'i and not Christian. But having clicked one article, I kept seeing more articles on it...I wasn't sure how big the buzz was or if it was just the algorithm showing me more of the same.

Baha'i seems to be tailored to 1+ every other religion out there....at least that's what I remember from my modern cults class ages ago.
