Trouble in Bakersfield

The only thing I would add is that I’d put into the minutes a statements of the risks of California’s new “transgender” policy; that those who are not transgender would use it to get varsity letters they don’t deserve (possibly injuring real girls and risking getting beaten up by their boyfriends in retaliation) and perpetrate sex crimes in places (locker rooms) to which they previously did not have legal access. We need to protest unjust laws, and speak up when people get hurt because of them.

Aspiring to be a stick in the mud.

I have no clue as to how he is breaking the law? Voting against anything doesn’t constitute breaking the law. If the school board as a whole voted to not implement the new policy, there could be the potential for a lawsuit, but it should wouldn’t be criminal yet.
