Christianity Today Editor Apologizes for Crucifixion Article That ‘Called Into Question the Inerrancy of Scripture’

“Senior News Editor Daniel Silliman issued an apology earlier this week (April 22) for an article he wrote and published the Monday before Easter titled: ‘Was Jesus Crucified with Nails?’” - C.Leaders

It sounds like the CT editors should invest in a concordance and be taught how to use it.

It strikes me that the CT editors and writers might also do well to look up historic descriptions of crucifixion. It simply wasn't like the Romans, or the Persians before them, to do anything that would make execution less painful and humiliating, and hence they loved using nails/spikes.

Aspiring to be a stick in the mud.
