If you wonder why the left is pushing abortion permissions in New York and Virginia that come right up to outright infanticide (arguably to that point in Virginia, at least if the governor gets his way), read it. The left is preparing for the likelihood that Ginsburg is replaced with an originalist and Roe v. Wade is reined in—as it should be.
