NewAs we travel through this…

As we travel through this life and we are faced with hardships. Some very extreme hardships, we quickly find out that the call to persevere is less about our ability and our will to persevere, but instead about keeping our eyes on Christ, who will ensure that we will persevere. The article highlights Colossians 1:11-12, which is not a call for us to strengthen ourselves, but a pray by Paul to Christ that He will strengthen us.

Well said.

I’m reminded again of Heb 12:2

Views expressed are always my own and not my employer's, my church's, my family's, my neighbors', or my pets'. The house plants have authorized me to speak for them, however, and they always agree with me.

Brethren, do not be children in understanding; however, in malice be babes, but in understanding be mature.
