Kennedy writes…

The courageous stand of Dr. Spencer, in one of Brisbane’s most prominent hospitals, is just the latest in a string of signs that the transgender craze might eventually come to a halt, with the utopian visions of activists and medical practitioners to be smashed on the rocks of reality.

Views expressed are always my own and not my employer's, my church's, my family's, my neighbors', or my pets'. The house plants have authorized me to speak for them, however, and they always agree with me.

Closer to home, the question, "What is a woman?" seems to have played a role in exposing the lunacy of the trans movement.

That one was interesting to me. It got politicized fast enough to give us all nosebleeds. I really thought Justice-to-be Brown’s comment simply meant “I’m not going to talk about that. Let’s get back on topic,” stated somewhat obliquely.

I think I would have said something similar but would have been more direct: “I don’t see how that’s relevant. Next question?”

(Or I might have gone with “This is obviously a ‘gotcha’ question. I’m not here to talk about biology.” By the way, by referencing biology in her answer, she actually affirmed that the definition of woman is biological.)

Yeah but I highly doubt Brown would agree. A good follow up question would have been, “Are you saying that this can only be answered by a biologist?”

The idea that the question isn’t pertinent to judicial considerations is ludicrous. We have laws that pertain to women.

Title 9, eg, requires equal treatment of men and women, which has a great impact on women’s sports. In theory, a college could recruit ONLY men, many dressed/identifying as women. Would such a college be abiding by Title 9? In order to answer, one must know what a woman is.

NewPrior to the KBJ Hearings

Sun, 07/02/23

Prior to the KBJ hearings, Matt Walsh was already asking the question.

While his theology is off, he has done important work bringing the barbarity of the trans movement to light and was instrumental in driving the pushback that we're seeing now.
