I don’t attend conferences where the .01% speak to the 99.99% about church growth and other related church matters.

Looks like the link in the OP is not accessible to the general public. Maybe someone with access can summarize?

Conferences: best I’ve attended were pretty small with a lot of speakers who’s ministry struggles were very fresh… As in, they were taking a little time out of the struggle to talk with all of us about the struggle we were in together.

Views expressed are always my own and not my employer's, my church's, my family's, my neighbors', or my pets'. The house plants have authorized me to speak for them, however, and they always agree with me.
