How do you use the term "outreach" as a church?

One common frustration I experience is not being able to communicate clearly because of changing terminology. I am among those who believe that terms need to be defined specifically — and definitions not switched midstream.

Ages ago I remember a conversation about Church plants using facebook groups. Someone offered to give tips for starting up a group. I lost that contact somehow and thought I would bring it up here and see if any of you have any ideas on how to best go about using Facebook Groups for a church plant. Thanks!

Does your church mail cds to people?

I think that mailing people sermons is a good idea not only for people here in the U.S., but all over the world. Think about it- not everyone can travel, but we are all capable of mailing things. I think it’s amazing that someone in another country could get saved because I mailed them a cd. Does your church do this?
