Good handout for seekers?

I know people only “seek God” if they’re being drawn by the Father (etc., etc.). Our congregation is beginning some evangelism outreach events in church member’s homes within a month or so, and I’m very interested in hearing what literature y’all would recommend we give out to folks who come. I don’t want to buy books for everyone. I want a pamphlet-sized handout. Something bigger than a Gospel tract, smaller than a short book. I’d really appreciate any suggestions.
