… a bunch of “goons” came running up to him and his camera man. They were wearing .357 magnums and carrying billy clubs.

These were Hyles’ henchmen. They were Hyles Anderson security guards or as we like to call them, “plastic cops”. There was one particularly chubby one that we referred to as “Roboblob”. You must understand that we were students at hyles junior high and then hyles high when we laughed about this. I had plenty of run ins with these misfits—a dangerous combination of zeal and loaded guns. I am surprised nobody ever got shot.
