The Heiligenthals appear to be caught in a church that is at least very big on the charismata, perhaps to the point of “name it and claim it” prosperity theology. Put gently, their leadership appears to be brutalizing them at one of the hardest times for a family. Yikes. It’s Bethel Church of Reading, CA.
