I've only glanced through the section on the qualifications for Elders so far, and looked at practical suggestions for Deacon ministry. Looks good. The contributor for Elder qualifications believes a divorced man can be a Pastor. He provides a fair look at the various interpretations of that passage. Tyler is a pastor in Olympia, WA and an Investigations Manager with a Washington State agency. He's the author of the book What's It Mean to Be a Baptist?
