He did have the best defense he could buy. And it’s their fault he got more than ten years, just like it was the teenager’s fault he had sex with her, and probably other people’s fault for putting them together at Hammond, too.

At least he hasn’t had the gall to blame his wife for his failings too.

There’s one constant in this saga, and I wonder how long it will take ex-Pastor Schaap to figure that out.

My church has a team of people who take turns going to the county jail each Sunday to hold a worship service. We are in our 24th year of doing that.
