Well, I disagree with the Oklahoma Supreme Court, for whatever that’s worth. While not arguing the USA is an officially Christian nation, it was certainly founded on biblical principles, including the 10 Commandments.
But more churches and individual Christians should begin making their own Scripture markers and monuments. Monuments of granite, bronze, or brick placed on church or private property. Especially where the public can see and enjoy them. And perhaps be influenced by them. Put one or two out by the public sidewalk, maybe provide a bench.
Our church has done so. So has SWBTS. The neighborhood public often walks through the campus of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary; their campus is filled with Scripture memorials.
