Mississippi passes religious freedom legislation

Phil Bryant has signed into law a bill safeguarding the religious liberty of individuals and organizations who refuse to participate in same-sex weddings or gender identity transitions. Text of the bill here. It looks like the authors made it specific enough to pass legal muster. I am wondering, though, if there are other places where the state really ought to protect religious freedom. I am guessing we shall find out.
