Another point of reference here is that Larry Nassar’s former boss has just been arrested for sexual crimes, and those who’ve read the documents suggest that the felony charge (s) he’s been arrested for is not related to his failure to report Nassar’s crimes to the police or adequately discipline his subordinate.

In other words, independent investigations (Michigan AG Bill Schuette is doing this one with others named) tend to find that the person who was caught may be just the tip of the iceberg.
