We’ve been using this tool to track our staff engagement and have found this an amazing tool to use. We are blessed to be a certified workplace. This gives a roadmap as to where you should focus attention and where your risk areas are. Very glad we’ve used this and put the effort into responsing to what we learned. If your organization has a staff with more then a handful it can really help. I highly recommend.
