Really, it's a good start, but if indeed NHS is reading this correctly, and a number of their doctors were pulling this kind of stunt, along with surgical procedures that the patients later regretted, then the proper response is to remove the doctors' licenses and prosecute. Real people have lost their private parts due to this kind of deal, so you can't say "no harm done."

Further many are still struggling with infection at the surgical site years later. This is so sad. Although there is a sinful worldview that leads to these radical decisions, we must have compassion upon those who are struggling with the results. Often the people who begin to realize they have made a mistake feel like no one will show compassion upon them because if they admit their mistake then the extreme progressives will reject them and their decision to transition had already alienated them from traditionalists. We have an opportunity to show love to people who feel so alone.
