Pressler has all but admitted a significant portion of the allegations against him by claiming that it is normal for Europeans to go around naked (it isn't, not even the Germans), so what this is about is whether higher-ups at the SBC should have known and acted on this. Given that there's a letter from First Baptist of Dallas rebuking him, and that leaders at said church were influential in SBC circles, I think there's a good argument to be made that they did, or at least should have.
