Despite some tensions, evangelical churches booming in Cuba
“While the government now recognizes freedom of religion, it doesn’t grant the right to build churches or other religious structures. It has demolished a handful of churches in recent years, but allowed their members to continue meeting in makeshift home sanctuaries.”

I have had the opportunity to minister in Cuba on 2 different occasions, once in 2014 and again in 2016. I was amazed at the efforts of the local churches to train men and women to do the work of the ministry, evangelize, and start new churches. I noted a huge difference in Cuban society as a whole from 2014 to last year. PTL for what He is doing in Cuba!!!
