Peyton Manning's Christian Faith

Might want to seek affirmations of Peyton Manning’s Christianity from someone not utterly given over to abominable blasphemy.
Solo Christo, Soli Deo Gloria, Sola Fide, Sola Gratia, Sola Scriptura http://healtheland.wordpress.com
Everyone who goes on ahead and does not abide in the teaching of Christ, does not have God. Whoever abides in the teaching has both the Father and the Son. If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house or give him any greeting, for whoever greets him takes part in his wicked works.
2 John 1:9-11
I realize the point of the sidebar and am very familiar with theological disclaimers (I frequented the bookstore at BJU often), but seriously…
I don’t think you should be doing anything to funnel traffic to that site.
I agree with JobK and Brad - I do not think that SharperIron should be linking to - any - site that says this:
I post here a list of 40 theses protesting the doctrine of the trinity. My goal in creating and posting this list is to present the case against the doctrine of the trinity thoroughly and clearly, yet very concisely, in order to assist those with ears to hear and eyes to see, but perhaps not so much time to spend, come to know and believe the truth about the identity of God and his Christ…07. The doctrine of the trinity has been perpetuated from the beginning by the torture, murder, and persecution generally of dissenters; by the corruption of New Testament manuscripts by trinitarian scribes; and by the biased translation of the Scriptures by trinitarian translators.
08. The confession of the first Christians was that the Father alone is God and Jesus is his appointed Lord: “For us there is one God, the Father, from whom are all things and we for him, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things and we through him” (1 Corinthians 8.5-6).
09. The Holy Spirit is not a person. It is God’s active force or power that he uses to accomplish his will—for example, empowering, guiding, teaching, convicting, and comforting human beings.
10. Jesus of Nazareth is not God (“God the Son”) become man. He was, is, and will always be a man and a man only—a person and a being with only one essence or nature, that of a human being.
"Our task today is to tell people — who no longer know what sin is...no longer see themselves as sinners, and no longer have room for these categories — that Christ died for sins of which they do not think they’re guilty." - David Wells
Behold this interesting statement from the website:
I focus particularly on debunking the many myths about God and Jesus sadly taken for granted by many, Christians and non-Christians alike, as the authentic teaching of the Scriptures. These include the doctrines of the trinity, original sin, a conscious intermediate state after death, the eternal conscious torment of the wicked, and penal substitutionary atonement, as well as the dogmas of Calvinism and the doctrine that God has foreknown from eternity all that comes to pass. I aim to expose these false doctrines for what they are in order to vindicate the goodness and reasonableness of God and his Christ.
Heresy!
Tyler is a pastor in Olympia, WA and works in State government.
That’s the interesting part
Maybe a better link…unless you’re a liberal.

[Jim]That’s the interesting part
Right. Because Peyton Manning is more important than God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
And certainly more interesting!

I am certifiably anti-Trinitarian … and I worship Peyton Manning … Have fun with that!
I am taking God way too seriously.
This place is a joke. Whatever one needs to write to get banned, please edit this post and insert it below. Perhaps the Athanasian Creed will will do.
