Agreed that this won’t pass, but go Trent Franks. Sometimes legislation is meant to make legislators vote and have a real record rather than a theoretical one. Apparently Franks thinks that Gosnell may be a flash point in the culture such that he wants Democrats and Republicans in swing districts to be put on notice by constituents (that’s possibly you) that they are against this kind of butchery.
