It's not that difficult. Get out of your silos, greet young people, look for opportunities....and it's fun.
Aspiring to be a stick in the mud.
Recently, our aging church is seeing more young families get involved. It’s a joy to see. And our new lead pastor is in his 30s (which is approx -40 yrs vs. our former lead pastor). So we are ‘younging up’ some. I can’t say I really know how we did that. I’m not sure we did anything at all with that as a goal. Either way, we know Who gives the increase.
