The Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear a case brought by a group of Catholic and Baptist charities, who have argued that they should be exempt from a New York law requiring them to provide birth control to their employees.

A Baptist pastor in California has called for “imprecatory prayer” against the leaders of the Americans United for Separation of Church and State.
