The rule in question effectively bars states from prohibiting funds for Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers. The House of Representatives approved the measure in a 230-188 vote in February.”

Pence is ultimately a man of faith. As he said in a 2012 farewell speech to the House, things don’t just happen by chance. “When you see a turtle on a fence post,” he said, “one thing you know for sure is that he didn’t get there on his own.”
