I saw today the esteemed Brother Schumer (D, NY) made a speech from the Senate floor asking McConnell if he wanted to keep giving Trump a free reign or wanted a fair trial.

Just your basic false dilemma fallacy.

So, if McConnell did what Schumer wanted then the “trial” would be deemed “fair.” Otherwise, according to Schumer, McConnell was giving Trump a free pass to continue to run riot all over the US constitution. This, as opposed to Hillary, who apparently has a record as clean as new fallen snow.

Heard today from the democratic section of the senate were cries of “his blood be on us and on our children.” (sarcasm!)

We already lived through that with Barack Obama, who went around congress frequently.
