Laptops for Missionaries

Hi all-

A Missionary that I know of is planning to leave for his work in October, and he’s asked me to look into some laptops for him. If you are a missionary or do a lot of overseas travel, what features would (did) you look for and use in your laptop? I’m most comfortable with Lenovos, but any suggestions are welcome. I’d like to have a rough idea within a week or two of this post.

He did request a Haswell processor, which I agree with due to power consumption and performance specs. I’m thinking something along the lines of 6 GB RAM and an SSD. Any other things I should look for? Should I place a premium on weight and durability, or should I look for something with a larger screen that can be used in a church or classroom setting?
