Separation

At what point do you say, this church is so far off-base theologically, or even in their practice, that you say to yourself: I’m not going to volunteer to help them, because I don’t want them to prosper unless they get these things corrected?

Obviously, if they teach damnable doctrines.

But is that the only cut-off point? For example, I’ve been in a church where they were very man-centered, and in a sermon very little of what was said did I agree with. More over, most of the points of the sermon completely missed the point of the text, and much of it was not even about the text!

But, they preach the gospel correctly.

Does scripture speak to this?
