Seek first His kingdom and righteousness!

Psalm 26:8 LORD, I have loved the habitation of thy house, and the place where thine honour dwelleth.

Psalm 27:4 One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I *seek* after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.

Matthew 6:33 But *seek* ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

John 4:23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father *seeketh* such to worship him.

God the Father seeks people who will worship Him in spirit and truth. To seek first His kingdom and righteousness, a Christian must supremely desire and seek after being in His house to worship Him in spirit and truth.

A Christian who chooses not to participate in corporate worship faithfully in God’s house is not seeking first God’s kingdom and righteousness and does not love properly the habitation of His house and the place where His honor dwells. Seek first His kingdom and righteousness!
