Sovereign Grace Ministries has announced that they're releasing a new CD on August 5. It's called Sons and Daughters and the songs focus on the theme of God's love for us as a father. I listened to the preview clips and as usual am impressed with the theological depth of the lyrics. Even if you may have different style preferences, I'd encourage at least checking out this link where you can listen to previews: http://www.sovereigngracemusic.org/albums/category/sovereign_grace_music... . I enjoy most of Sovereign Grace's music in general and think they do a great job of balancing singable melodies with deep lyrics that don't shy away from using big theological words and concepts. It's nice to have fresh new songs to worship our God with.
Note: I'm not trying to start a debate about the acceptability of Sov Grace's music by posting this, just making those aware who might be interested.
