I’d really want to know what she means though… not enough context was given in the article was given.
I would say that our normal western individual emphasis is wrong - salvation is more than just me reciting a formula, the community, the trinity, God Himself comes into play. I think that despite our normal low view of the church, I’d have problems with someone who teaches salvation and ommits discipleship or fellowship, or the Church.
I don’t know if those are the objections being stated, but those are fair criticisms.

I agree with the article in that a sinners prayer does not save. We are saved by faith, not by some verbal formula.
